Flight of Four, LLC HEADLIGHT warranty policy
Flight of Four, LLC uses the latest in 3D printing technology and materials. Our warranty policy is listed as follows:
- Light assembly - Although Flight of Four does not manufacture the light assembly, it will offer a 12 month replacement warranty if failure is due to a component failure. If the model light assembly is no longer available, Flight of Four will work with the customer to find an acceptable replacement option. This may require new 3D components. Electrical connectors are not included in this warranty. Contact Flight of Four for return instructions of the failed component. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Headlight 3D components - We manufacture all our 3D components using the latest 3d printing technology. Flight of Four will warranty all 3D components for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a 3D component fails for any reason, Flight of Four will make repairs as necessary. At the customers discretion, Flight of Four may provide the customer with replacement parts. Contact Flight of Four for replacement instructions of the failed component. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Beyond the warranty period - If after 12 months, any component requires replacement, contact Flight of Four, LLC for a low cost repair option or for the purchase of replacement components.
